Role Summary

The Direct Sales Representative role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving assigned sales targets. You will provide product information, follow up on customer inquiries, prepare sales reports, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while representing the organization professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new members and promote SACCO membership growth
• Market and sell SACCO’s savings, loan, insurance, and other financial products
• Mobilize member deposits and share capital
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members
• Conduct field marketing activities, activations, roadshows, and corporate visits
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential members to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct direct sales and promotional activities including activation campaigns in targeted locations

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
