This is an Administration role focused on supporting core operational functions, including contract administration, procurement oversight, billing coordination, and financial compliance. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining accuracy in documentation and adherence to contractual obligations.

You will liaise with clients, track procurement activities, process financial transactions, and prepare reports that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor contract renewal dates, warranty periods, and service agreement timelines to prevent lapses in coverage
- Verify that all contractual obligations are met and that service clauses are adhered to by relevant parties
- Track outstanding local purchase orders (LPOs) and follow up on pending procurement requests to ensure timely delivery
- Manage client billing workflows, including invoice generation, dispatch, and collection follow-ups
- Address client inquiries related to contracts, agreements, and service terms in a timely manner
- Maintain organized and accurate client records within Zoho Desk system to support operations team access
- Process employee expense claims and oversee reimbursement procedures in line with company policy
- Compile operational, procurement, and contract renewal reports for management review
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum two years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Contract Management, or similar functions
- Demonstrated capability in contract management and tracking contractual obligations
- Strong financial record-keeping practices and familiarity with accounting principles
- Proficiency in procurement coordination and vendor management processes
- Practical experience with billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation workflows
- Ability to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems such as Zoho Desk
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in data entry and document preparation
- Effective client relationship management and written and verbal communication abilities
