Key Responsibilities

  • Track outstanding local purchase orders (LPOs) and follow up on pending procurement requests to ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain organized and accurate client records within Zoho Desk system to support operations team access
  • Process employee expense claims and oversee reimbursement procedures in line with company policy
  • Compile operational, procurement, and contract renewal reports for management review

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Contract Management, or similar functions
  • Demonstrated capability in contract management and tracking contractual obligations
  • Strong financial record-keeping practices and familiarity with accounting principles
  • Proficiency in procurement coordination and vendor management processes
  • Practical experience with billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation workflows
  • Ability to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems such as Zoho Desk
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in data entry and document preparation
  • Effective client relationship management and written and verbal communication abilities
