About the Role

Infotrak is recruiting Field Enumerators and Supervisors for a temporary assignment spanning three months across multiple counties in Kenya. This is a data collection position that forms part of ongoing survey and research operations. The work involves conducting fieldwork in designated regions, managing interview processes, and ensuring data quality standards are maintained throughout the assignment period.

Field-based data entry roles require individuals with solid experience in survey administration and familiarity with mobile data collection tools. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and administer questionnaires using Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) platforms in assigned field locations
• Record respondent data accurately on mobile devices while adhering to survey protocols and quality benchmarks
• Navigate to designated household and community sites to identify and engage eligible survey participants
• Input and verify data collected during fieldwork, ensuring completeness and consistency before submission
• Coordinate with field supervisors on scheduling, logistics, and any challenges encountered during data collection
• For Supervisors: oversee enumerator teams, review data submissions for accuracy, and report progress to the central office

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently reside in one of the recruitment counties: Machakos, Makueni, Meru, Marsabit, Samburu, Turkana, Mandera, Tana River, Bungoma, Bomet, Nakuru, Kajiado, Wajir, Isiolo, Embu, Kakamega, Narok, or Kericho
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline
• Demonstrate at least three years of prior experience in data collection fieldwork or survey administration
• Possess proficiency with CAPI platforms including ODK, Survey CTO, Kobo Collect, and Survey To Go
• Own a functioning Android smartphone or tablet with Android 10 or newer, minimum 4 GB RAM, and a screen no smaller than 6 inches
• Provide a written recommendation letter from a previous employer or supervisor confirming your work performance and reliability
• Commit to three months of continuous availability for field assignments without prior notice constraints
