• Basic computer literacy.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations at the station.
• Verify customers’ balances in the PDQ machine before dispensing gas and promptly issue receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage customer interactions.
• Resolve any issues that arise to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor stock levels by taking gauge readings and sharing updates on tank levels via WhatsApp.
• Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
• Report incidents promptly to the Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the station, ensuring no hazardous materials are present.
• Prepare daily operational reports as required.
