Requirements & Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a similar front-line reception or hospitality role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with diverse guests professionally.
- Competent use of computer applications and hotel management systems (PMS) or similar platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are valued.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
