About the Role
The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is recruiting interns for its 2026 Internship Programme across Africa. Key Responsibilities
- Support FAO teams on projects related to sustainable agriculture and food security initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications
- Age 21–30 years at the time of application
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student, or a recent graduate
- Field of study relevant to FAO’s mandate (agriculture, environmental science, nutrition, economics, rural development, or related fields)
- Functional command of English or another FAO working language
- Citizenship of an FAO member country (Kenyan nationals are eligible)
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the internship programme
