Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and reliable Driver cum Rider to join our team in Upperhill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and documents efficiently and safely using both a vehicle and a motorcycle, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.

• Minimum Experience: A valid driver’s license for both vehicle and motorcycle (Class B and F/G).
• Experience Level: Entry Level
• Experience length: 3 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

• Transport goods, parcels, and documents to specified destinations within the required timeframes.
• Perform vehicle and motorcycle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
• Adhere to traffic rules, company policies, and delivery schedules.
• Report any vehicle or motorcycle maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle and motorcycle.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• A valid driver’s license for both vehicle and motorcycle (Class B and F/G).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a driver and/or rider.
• Strong knowledge of Nairobi’s routes and traffic patterns.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic vehicle and motorcycle maintenance knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Must be of high integrity and demonstrate reliability.
