The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote service-based offerings
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok)
• Create and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts
• Run and optimize Google Ads and social media campaigns
• Generate and nurture B2B leads, particularly targeting corporates and SMEs
• Manage website content and support basic SEO initiatives
• Monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and prepare reports
• Support marketing of training programs, management systems, and HR services

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing within a service-based organization
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation
• Ability to create graphics and short videos using digital tools and AI platforms
• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO basics, and performance analytics
