CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT – REF KFS/CCA/2024 – KFS GRADE 11 – (2) POSITIONS
Entry Requirements :
- Certificate in public relations and customer care, hospitality management customer service from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in Computer applications
- Fulfils the requirements of chapter 6 of the constitution
Key Competencies and skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic IT literacy
- Organization skills
- Fluency in English language
- Interpersonal skills
An officer at this level shall report to a senior officer
Duties and responsibilities
- Record and confirm appointments.
- Record visitor’s personal details.
- Sort officials and invited guests name tags.
- Keep custody of visitors’ identification documents.
- Receive, direct and guide visitors to designated areas and offices.
- Issuing visitors passes and badges.
- Track visitors’ movements.
- Make seating arrangements
- Tag VIP seats during corporate functions.
- Mentoring and coaching
- Promote public values and principles
