CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT – REF KFS/CCA/2024 – KFS GRADE 11 – (2) POSITIONS
Entry Requirements :

  • Certificate in public relations and customer care, hospitality management customer service from a recognized institution
  • Proficiency in Computer applications
  • Fulfils the requirements of chapter 6 of the constitution

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Basic IT literacy
  • Organization skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Interpersonal skills

An officer at this level shall report to a senior officer

Duties and responsibilities

  • Record and confirm appointments.
  • Record visitor’s personal details.
  • Sort officials and invited guests name tags.
  • Keep custody of visitors’ identification documents.
  • Receive, direct and guide visitors to designated areas and offices.
  • Issuing visitors passes and badges.
  • Track visitors’ movements.
  • Make seating arrangements
  • Tag VIP seats during corporate functions.
  • Mentoring and coaching
  • Promote public values and principles
