WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Enter customer information into MOGO IT system
  • Organize outbound calls and customer’s emails. Generating new sales using potential and existing customer networks.
  • Management and resolve customer complaints.
  • Process customers documents, forms, and applications
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Any other duty assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili.
