We are seeking experienced Tour Consultants to join our team at Africa Safari Trips. As a Tour Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing all aspects of their safari experience from initial inquiry to post-travel feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Manage client inquiries, bookings, itineraries, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Itinerary Preparation: Create personalized safari itineraries tailored to each client’s needs
• Invoice Management: Prepare client invoices and follow up on payments
• Feedback & Support: Collect post-safari feedback, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Booking Management: Communicate itinerary updates and booking changes before and during travel
• Sales Support: Contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Excellent command of the required language
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry, preferably in tour consulting or hotel operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience selling South Africa and other Southern African destinations, including Botswana and Namibia
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset
• Flexible and willing to work varied hours when required
