We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our corporate team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Insurance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
- Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims management and policy administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess cases and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for effective engagement with insurers, clients, and healthcare providers.
- A solid understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes to ensure accurate claim assessments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases efficiently.
