- Ensure all bancassurance activities comply with Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) standards and internal SACCO procedures.
- Prepare regular performance reports detailing bancassurance activity, sales volumes, and member feedback for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a closely related discipline. Diploma holders with substantial insurance experience may be considered.
- Professional insurance qualification such as ACII, AIIK, or COP is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or related financial services roles.
- Valid IRA certification and licensing to conduct insurance business in Kenya.
- Demonstrated sales, marketing, and negotiation capability with a track record of closing business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- High personal integrity, professional conduct, and meticulous attention to detail in all documentation.
- Practical familiarity with computer systems and core banking software platforms.
