About the Role

Progressive Credit is recruiting for a Branch Manager – Nairobi to lead operations at one of its key microfinance branches in Nairobi. This is a full-time position responsible for driving branch performance, managing a team, and ensuring sustainable growth in a competitive microfinance sector. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of branch operations while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related business field.
  • Minimum 4 years of direct experience in a Branch Manager or equivalent senior management role.
  • Proven working experience in the microfinance sector, including loan portfolio management and branch operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with staff, customers, and regulators.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in all professional dealings and financial management.
  • Knowledge of credit risk assessment, compliance frameworks, and microfinance best practices.
