Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed delivery work plans, identifying risks early and recommending mitigation strategies to prevent schedule delays.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, driving decisions that keep implementations on track while adapting to changing client requirements.
- Lead gap analysis between current-state and target-state business processes, identifying optimization opportunities and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Champion change management initiatives by identifying potential impacts, engaging affected parties, and documenting expected benefits for all transformation activities.
- Monitor delivery team performance, provide escalation support, and coach team members on implementation methodology, tools, and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline; professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in solution delivery, project management, or business consulting within financial services, banking, or insurance sectors.
- Proven expertise in requirements management, business process modelling, and change management across large-scale implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build consensus, negotiate conflicting priorities, and maintain positive client relationships under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; fluency in English is essential, with Swahili as a valuable bonus for Sales & Marketing jobs in Kenya.
