Key Responsibilities
- Enter accounting data and update financial records on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.

- Establish and maintain organised filing systems for financial documents, contracts, and administrative records to enable quick retrieval and audit compliance.
- Assist the Finance Officer with bank reconciliations and follow up on supplier statements to identify discrepancies.
- Manage petty cash floats, process expense claims, and track miscellaneous expenditures.
- Monitor client invoices, send payment reminders, and report on outstanding balances to management.
- Support procurement operations by maintaining purchase order records, tracking deliveries, and filing vendor documentation.
- Handle general office administration including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of administrative tasks.
- Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel for analysis and review by senior staff.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
