Denri Africa is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Call Centre Agent. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
