About the Role
Kenya Institute of Social Work and Community Development is recruiting for an Office Assistant – Cleaning Services to join its team in Nairobi. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining clean and hygienic facilities across the institute’s premises. Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping across office spaces, hallways, and common areas
- Mop and sanitise floors throughout the institute to maintain a clean working environment
- Wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures in offices and public spaces
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report when inventory runs low
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all designated areas are completed on time
- Dispose of waste materials appropriately and maintain orderliness in waste management areas
Requirements & Qualifications
- KCSE Level Certificate or equivalent qualification
