About Us
We’re searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our senior staff at Micato Safaris. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a background in business administration or human resources, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, your role will involve the following tasks:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership team.
- Handle various administrative and clerical duties, including drafting correspondence, reports, and documents for senior staff.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.
- Schedule and attend meetings, taking accurate notes and recording minutes.
- Manage incoming communications and memos for senior staff, summarizing and distributing important information as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to information requests.
- Assist the HR department with various administrative tasks, including updating employee records and managing staff leave schedules.
- Play a key role in onboarding new hires and supporting the recruiting process.
- Collaborate with recruiting agencies for job advertisements and processing resumes.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of HR projects within specified timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- A graduate from a reputable institution with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- A minimum of three to four years of experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced tour and travel firm or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices, skills, and competencies.
- Proficiency in computer usage, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capable of functioning well in a high-paced environment.
- Extensive understanding of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Strong customer service skills and experience in handling C-suite corporate executives.
