About the Role

CloudFactory Is Hiring English Grammar Reviewers – 4-Week Paid Contract is a full-time remote position based in Kenya. You will work as a content quality specialist, evaluating English learning materials used by AI-powered education platforms. This is not a teaching role; instead, you will operate behind the scenes reviewing grammar exercises, assessing lesson content, and identifying ways to strengthen educational materials for digital learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess trial lesson feedback for relevance and usefulness to learners
• Score English learning materials based on teaching quality, accuracy, and pedagogical soundness
• Examine grammar exercises to verify they are clear, correct, and appropriately sequenced
• Verify that learning content aligns with established teaching methodology and curriculum design principles
• Link lesson feedback to specific grammar concepts to reinforce learner understanding
• Ensure lesson progression follows a logical structure that builds foundational knowledge systematically
• Analyze learner performance data to pinpoint content gaps and improvement areas
• Maintain rigorous quality standards in all grammar assessments and language evaluation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, TESOL, TEFL, Applied Linguistics, English, or closely related discipline
• Demonstrated knowledge of language teaching methodology and pedagogical principles
• Advanced English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or equivalent
• Prior experience in curriculum development, lesson design, or educational content review
• Ability to evaluate grammar exercises and identify issues with accuracy, clarity, or teaching value
• Experience with EdTech platforms, AI-assisted learning systems, content annotation, or quality assurance work is advantageous
• Strong analytical capability and objectivity when reviewing educational materials and learner feedback
• Capacity to work independently and meet quality benchmarks on a contract basis
