Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process member and guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests with courtesy and efficiency
- Handle cash and card payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records according to club procedures
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly front office reports and performance summaries as directed
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail routing, and delivery coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, providing information about club facilities and services

- Coordinate with management and support staff to ensure smooth front office operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a receptionist, front office executive, customer service representative, or in an administrative capacity, preferably within hospitality, club, or hotel settings
