About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with country heads within the ISAT Group to address operational challenges and ensure consistent execution of operational standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements, using data analysis to reduce errors and increase overall productivity.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditure, and recommend cost optimization strategies to improve financial performance.
- Lead personnel functions including staffing decisions, training programs, and team morale initiatives to maintain a productive workforce.
- Oversee project execution in collaboration with project managers and group stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards while incorporating customer feedback.
- Partner with the customer support manager on operational matters affecting customer experience, including site visits and feedback collection to ensure satisfaction targets are met.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships through contract negotiation, SLA evaluation, and cost analysis to secure favorable pricing and service terms.
- Ensure operational compliance with business regulations and licensing requirements, working with group compliance personnel to submit regulatory returns on a quarterly basis.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations management role within the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and improving operational performance in previous roles.
- Experience leading operations in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and cross-border coordination.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and reach favorable commercial agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to communicate clearly with senior management and external partners.
