Key Responsibilities

- Organise and facilitate executive office coordination, including inter-departmental communications and executive-level correspondence.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Minimum five years of professional experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams in a structured, multi-layered organisation.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration and cloud-based tools for document management and team coordination.
- Demonstrated track record supporting board governance processes, including meeting preparation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to compile data, produce clear reports, and prepare polished presentations for executive audiences.
