Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patient conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation in line with health facility protocols
• Administer medications and medical procedures as prescribed by clinicians
• Conduct routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Observe infection control and safety procedures during all clinical activities
• Respond to patient needs and provide health education on preventive care measures

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) from a recognised institution
• Current and valid practising license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
• Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum one year of hands-on clinical experience in an internship or clinical setting
• Demonstrated competence in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) and general computer applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
