Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multifaceted calendars and cross-timezone scheduling to optimise planning and decision-making priorities
- Identify, prioritise, and flag incoming communications requiring executive attention or response
- Maintain and update action item tracking, monitor completion of key deliverables, and ensure internal objectives remain aligned
- Coordinate administrative workflows and support execution across ongoing business projects and initiatives
- Assist with payment review, invoice preparation, and accounts payable processes
- Conduct sales intelligence and market analysis, including prospect research and lead list development
- Organise systems, tools, and documentation to support seamless information retrieval and knowledge management
- Coordinate personal logistics, travel arrangements, and booking support as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations professional, or in a comparable support role
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and maintain organisation in high-pressure environments
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate priorities before being asked
- Polished written and spoken communication skills suitable for external and internal stakeholder interaction
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, calendar systems, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and project management tools such as Notion
- Strong research capability combined with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with sales administration or lead generation processes is advantageous
- Professionalism and discretion when managing confidential or sensitive company information
