Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Dispense fuel into vehicles accurately and safely Handle cash, card, or mobile payments and provide receipts
- Clean windshields, check oil, water, and tire pressure upon request
- Assist with routine maintenance of the station, including cleaning the forecourt and keeping the pump area tidy
- Report any safety issues, equipment malfunctions, or suspicious activities to the manager
- Restock products such as oil, coolant, car fresheners, and basic convenience items
- Promote station promotions and upsell additional services when applicable
- Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school certificate
- Prior 2 years of experience in a similar role is a MUST.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, dependable, and physically fit (ability to stand for long periods and perform some lifting)
- Basic arithmetic skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail and personal hygiene
