Warehouse Assistant at Mantrac Kenya Ltd – Mantrac Kenya Ltd Kenya Job Details
JOB OUTLINE:
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for conducting the basic day to day operations in the Warehouse, Stock taking and Keeping of inventory and good warehouse practices.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To receive materials with 100% accuracy, pick and pack orders
- To put away parts into the nominated “bin” location with 100% accuracy
- Ensure all interactions with the system (Man/Pro) are 100% accurate
- To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- To achieve the standards and targets set by the Warehouse Supervisor
- Duties may include repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Degree in logistics/ related field with four years’ experience with strong product and parts knowledge
- Good analytical and Microsoft Office proficiency and experience in specialized ERP systems as well as third party systems for courier shipments
- Clear understanding of and practice of Warehouse Operations
