Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of verified experience in a customer service role, either in a call center or similar customer-facing environment.
  • Completion of a secondary school education or higher; a diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy of 90% or above.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level with excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other standard office software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain composed when handling difficult or upset customers.
  • Capacity to learn quickly, absorb detailed product and brand information, and retain complex procedural knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts on a rotating schedule as operational needs dictate.
