About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Record food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Respond to guest requests and address any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in an efficient manner while maintaining established service standards.
• Verify that orders match what was requested and confirm guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Clear tables after guests depart and reset them with appropriate place settings and cleanliness for incoming diners.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality guidelines; develop seasonal drink offerings and creative recipes as requested.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a waiter, waitress, or server in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards and table service etiquette.
• Ability to take accurate orders, remember guest preferences, and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
• Familiarity with cocktail and mocktail preparation, including recipe knowledge and ingredient quality standards.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and move efficiently between dining and service areas.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance suitable for a dining establishment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
