- Receive guests upon arrival and extend professional greetings in a courteous manner
- Present menus, record orders with accuracy, and deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion

- Liaise with kitchen and bar personnel to co-ordinate service flow and ensure punctual delivery

- Oversee Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis and ensure service standards remain consistent
- Create and sustain exceptional guest dining experiences while responding to requests and concerns proactively
- Track beverage stock levels, manage rotation procedures, and monitor wastage to control costs and inventory efficiency
- Coordinate closely with kitchen personnel to guarantee seamless service and accurate menu execution
- Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety legislation
- Supervise, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team to achieve operational excellence and high guest satisfaction ratings
Junior Head Chef — 3 Posts
- Direct daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and consistency in food production
- Guarantee timely preparation and delivery of dishes that meet the hotel’s quality standards
- Keep the kitchen environment clean, organised, and compliant with sanitation protocols
- Design and revise menus according to industry trends and guest preferences
- Develop new recipes and plating styles that balance creativity with cost-effectiveness
- Lead, train, and direct kitchen staff with clear task allocation and schedule management
- Verify that all dishes meet hotel standards before service and maintain consistent portion control and presentation
- Administer food inventory, manage ordering, and maintain appropriate stock levels while minimising waste
- Report kitchen performance metrics and expense data to management and collaborate on budgeting and planning
Dispatch Coordinator — 1 Post
- Ensure all vehicles are dispatched in accordance with client protocols, executed safely, efficiently, and with proper documentation
- Issue drivers with all relevant paperwork including invoices, dispatch notes, and delivery documentation
- Receive, verify, and input complete dispatch-related documents and proof of delivery into the system before archiving
- Circulate dispatch data within established key performance indicators
- Act as the link between warehouse and transport operations to maintain smooth workflow
- Attend monthly operations meetings to review on-site performance and profitability with the team
General Requirements
- Waiter/Waitress: Diploma or Professional Certificate in Hospitality Management from a recognised institution; 3–4 years’ experience in a busy, upmarket restaurant or hospitality setting; knowledge of barista operations and basic coffee preparation; excellent communication and customer service abilities; well-presented and professional demeanour; candidates from the Kikuyu area are particularly encouraged to apply
- Junior Food & Beverage Supervisor: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory capacity within a luxury hospitality environment; comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards, inventory management, and cost control; understanding of food safety legislation, hygiene requirements, and HACCP principles; proven track record leading and developing hospitality teams
- Junior Head Chef: Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Food Production; minimum 5 years’ experience in a 3–5 star hotel or high-end restaurant; demonstrated experience managing and leading a kitchen team; thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations; strong leadership, communication, and organisational capabilities; ability to function effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment; mature, professional, and detail-focused approach
- Dispatch Coordinator: Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics or dispatch operations role; proficiency in managing vehicle dispatch procedures and documentation systems
