Qualifications

• Native Gikuyu speaker from rural areas of Nyeri, Murang’a, or Kirinyaga counties, with the ability to speak the specific dialect of the county you are applying for (e.g., Nyeri dialect for Nyeri County).
• Experience in data validation or quality checking, especially with voice recordings, is preferred.
• Own a smartphone that can run the validation app.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work full 8-hour days and meet deadlines consistently.
