Validation Support (Remote) at DDD Kenya

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to voice samples and evaluate them based on clarity, background noise, and accuracy in following the provided text.
• Use a smartphone app to perform validation and record your feedback on each sample.
• Follow a detailed checklist to ensure all quality parameters are met.
• Report progress to the project manager and submit validated data on time.

Qualifications

• Native Gikuyu speaker from rural areas of Nyeri, Murang’a, or Kirinyaga counties, with the ability to speak the specific dialect of the county you are applying for (e.g., Nyeri dialect for Nyeri County).
• Experience in data validation or quality checking, especially with voice recordings, is preferred.
• Own a smartphone that can run the validation app.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work full 8-hour days and meet deadlines consistently.
