- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive market growth and meet business targets.
- Calculate renewal rates for group and individual clients based on industry, demographic, and historical background information.
- Meet with customers, agents, and brokers to negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and service arrangements.
- Build relationships with distribution channels including insurance brokers, agents, and bancassurance partners to expand market reach and service accessibility.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Provide assistance in reviewing, classifying, and rating applications for new or renewal business.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field.
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in underwriting or a closely related insurance discipline.
- Progress towards completion of an Insurance Professional Qualification or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple quotations and applications concurrently.
- Strong working knowledge of policy documentation, renewal processes, and claims support procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with brokers, agents, internal teams, and customers to meet service and business objectives.
