About the Position:
We are looking to hire a Tiktok Content Creator and Content manager to create short form content that crushes it online. In a nutshell, you need to live and breathe culture and trends, meme everything, and moderate social channels closely engage with fans and brands with Zidi energy. This is an on-site position located in Nairobi, Kenya

This is an on-site position located in Nairobi, Kenya

Expectations:
- Create a TikTok everyday. Ideate, shoot, edit, caption and post
- Finding weekly TikTok trends
- Constantly explore how Zidi can leverage culture and trends
- Strategize how TikTok can amplify our ongoing marketing efforts and campaigns
- Monitor feeds across social platforms and moderate comments
- Respond and engage with comments across social channels with the Zidi personality and voice in all interactions
- Engage with key influencers, like minded brands and active, influential members of the community
- Catalog user generated content across platforms and work with social team to amplify content
- Research and create content for our website
- Organize & store product information
- Update our inventory system with new & existing SKUs
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of social media experience
- Fluency across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
- Energetic, witty, spontaneous and creative
- Positive, upbeat and collaborative personality
- Demonstrates masterful verbal and written communication
- Creator ‘make something every day’ mindset
- Great attention to detail, ability to focus and strong follow through
- Proficient computer skills
Nice-to-haves but we’re willing to train the qualified candidate:
- Knowledge in uploading products to WordPress/Woocommerce
- Light editing of images
Package: The compensation will depend upon the experience and caliber you possess.
