Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound telephone contact with prospective customers and existing clients to present wellness products
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing information in a professional and persuasive manner
• Follow up on leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Close sales calls successfully and document all customer interactions and transaction details
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns with accurate product and service information
• Track all sales activity, customer records, and call logs to maintain accurate reporting
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently
• Collaborate with the sales team and customer support department to optimise customer outcomes
• Maintain professional standards in all customer communications and represent the company brand appropriately

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum age of 25 years
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or college
• Fluent spoken and written English and Kiswahili
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively in sales conversations
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus on meeting targets
• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is advantageous

• Monthly salary between KSh 16,000 and KSh 30,000, with weekly performance bonuses tied to sales achievement
