Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Stratostaff – Stratostaff Kenya Job Details

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The role is responsible for the coordination, administration, and operational execution of recruitment processes—including employment agreement preparation, interview logistics, candidate communication, and Workday system management. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional seeking to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and HR operations within a multinational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary handover point from the Talent Acquisition team to manage employment agreements for internal and external hires on Workday, in collaboration with TA and Total Rewards teams.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and travel reimbursement processes.
  • Post job vacancies across internal and external channels and maintain up-to-date requisition information.
  • Oversee internal recruitment processes where no formal assessment is required (e.g., transfers and in-role promotions).
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams across EMEA to ensure consistent and efficient recruitment operations.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with Total Rewards and HR partners to support seamless hiring activities.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant administration and documentation of recruitment processes.
  • Maintain data integrity and housekeeping within Workday, ensuring the highest level of accuracy, compliance, and process adherence.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; HR certification is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively within deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
