Key Responsibilities
- Attending all the training sessions whenever called upon to enable acquisition of skills required for data collection;
- Locating sampled/targeted households/facilities/business enterprises with the assistance of the Supervisor to collect the required information;
- Conducting interviews to the respondents and completing the questionnaire(s);
- Interviewing and capturing interview responses using a computer-aided personal interview (CAPI);
- Uploading data from all completed questionnaires to the KNBS dedicated Server;
- Assisting the Supervisor in conducting focused group discussions/key informant interviews;
- Undertaking callbacks/re-visits to undertake/finalize postponed interviews;
- Maintaining confidentiality of the interviews and the data collected;
- Preparing debriefing notes for the Supervisor;
- Undertaking any other duties lawfully assigned by the Supervisor.
Minimum requirements
- Must be a Kenyan citizen with a National Identity card ;
- Should have completed at least secondary level of education, with a minimum grade of C or its equivalent;
- Should possess good communication skills;
- Should be a team player.
