Software Engineer Job at Bridge Talent Management – Bridge Talent Management Kenya Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with CRO to lead discovery calls, requirements gathering, and client workshops
- Design high level AI/ML architectures tailored to client needs
- Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
- Support proposal development, solution scoping, and effort estimation for enterprise projects.
- Conduct client presentations and demos, handling objections and building trust
- Ensure smooth post sales hand off to the delivery team
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and delivery timelines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Advanced certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud, etc.) are a plus
- 7+ years in solutions architecture or pre-sales engineering
- Proven track record supporting $1M+ enterprise deals
- Expertise in AI/ML concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
