About the Role

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a Diploma in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited Kenyan or internationally recognized institution.
  • Possess a Diploma in Technical Education or a TVET Trainer Certificate with demonstrated competency in adult pedagogy and training delivery.
  • Be currently registered as a certified trainer with TVETA (Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority).
  • Bring a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in teaching, training delivery, or relevant social work practice and community development work.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, email communication, and basic data management systems.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to mentor diverse student populations in Kenya’s social sector.
