Role Overview

As the Sales Team Lead, you will take charge of overseeing the Sales Agents within your designated territory. Your role will involve managing sales activities, ensuring target achievements, and effectively engaging with clients in your area. To excel in this position, you should possess dynamic qualities, self-motivation, and exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.


  1. Recruitment and Training
    • Identify and recruit skilled and ambitious sales agents who have the capacity to effectively sell SunCulture products.
    • Provide comprehensive training and onboarding for sales agents to equip them for successful sales and achievement of company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  2. Team Management
    • Conduct regular check-ins with the sales teams on a daily and weekly basis to enhance overall productivity.
    • Monitor the lead generation and sales processes executed by the sales agents.
    • Coordinate post-sales customer service activities to uphold the brand’s reputation.
  3. Sales
    • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate and establish ambitious sales KPIs that surpass the expectations of the sales agents.
    • Supervise and drive the closure of sales targets, particularly in the distribution of SunCulture products.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and the local community to optimize the utilization of allocated clusters while enhancing understanding of SunCulture’s products and brand.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and experience in dynamic work environments.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, maintain composure, and manage rejection gracefully.
  • Highly organized with expertise in both personal and team-level time management.
  • A diploma or degree would be an added advantage.
