About the Role
Solvo Global is looking for a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for caregiving staff at our Home Care agency. Based in Kenya, this full-time position sits at the heart of our staffing operations, responsible for identifying, vetting, and onboarding qualified caregivers who meet regulatory requirements and embody our commitment to delivering compassionate, quality home care. Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and non-medical staff) via job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and hiring events, maintaining a consistent pipeline of active, qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate caregiver qualifications, availability, work experience, and fit with agency values.
- Serve as the primary contact for caregiver applicants throughout the hiring process, answering questions and guiding them through each stage.
- Verify credentials, licenses, certifications, and work authorization; coordinate background checks, drug screenings, TB tests, and reference verification in line with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain complete and accurate caregiver files that comply with Home Care licensing requirements.
- Oversee caregiver onboarding, orientation, and required paperwork; work closely with operations and scheduling to align caregiver availability with client demand.
- Record and update candidate and employee information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR software with precision.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source performance, and caregiver retention; report staffing updates to leadership and recommend process improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse candidates.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a busy, deadline-driven setting.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and experience using recruitment or HR platforms.
- Prior experience recruiting caregivers or healthcare/home care personnel is advantageous.
- Familiarity with home care regulations and compliance obligations.
