About the Role

Solvo Global is looking for a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for caregiving staff at our Home Care agency. Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and non-medical staff) via job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and hiring events, maintaining a consistent pipeline of active, qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate caregiver qualifications, availability, work experience, and fit with agency values.
• Serve as the primary contact for caregiver applicants throughout the hiring process, answering questions and guiding them through each stage.
• Verify credentials, licenses, certifications, and work authorization; coordinate background checks, drug screenings, TB tests, and reference verification in line with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain complete and accurate caregiver files that comply with Home Care licensing requirements.
• Oversee caregiver onboarding, orientation, and required paperwork; work closely with operations and scheduling to align caregiver availability with client demand.
• Record and update candidate and employee information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR software with precision.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source performance, and caregiver retention; report staffing updates to leadership and recommend process improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse candidates.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a busy, deadline-driven setting.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and experience using recruitment or HR platforms.
• Prior experience recruiting caregivers or healthcare/home care personnel is advantageous.
• Familiarity with home care regulations and compliance obligations.
