Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role; automotive or dealership background is preferred
  • Competent numerical and Excel skills, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Kiswahili
  • Must be below 30 years of age
  • Valid Class A or Class A1 driving licence (advantageous)
  • Willingness to relocate to Nakuru or current residency in the area
  • Flexibility to work in other locations across Kenya as business needs require
