RECEPTIONIST

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient patient reception services and seamless coordination between clients, departments, medical team and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, register, and direct patients and visitors in a professional manner.

• Manage patient information accurately within the hospital management system.

• Handle medical insurance verification, pre-authorization, and billing processes.

• Respond to calls and inquiries promptly and courteously.

• Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and finance departments for efficient service delivery.

• Uphold confidentiality and maintain high standards of customer care.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Front Office Operations, Business Administration, or related field.

• Certificate in Computer application skills.

• Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes and claims.

• Proficiency in hospital management systems and computer applications.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Experience in a busy hospital setup (will be an added advantage).

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
