Job Objective

The primary goal of this role is to ensure professional reception management at all times. This entails promptly assisting visitors, patients, and clients with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate patient/client records as required by the assigned department/branch.
  • Follow established procedures/systems to vet and assist clients seeking treatment across various categories (e.g., Staff, GOP’s, AHC prepaid, credit/insurance clients).
  • Execute patient registration following defined protocols.
  • Ensure precise billing and timely completion of invoices.
  • Handle cash appropriately according to established protocols.
  • Direct/transfer incoming telephone calls to respective departments/offices.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction by delivering quality service, effective communication, feedback management, escalation handling, and displaying a caring attitude. Utilize standardized tools for measuring patient satisfaction, ensure follow-up, and implement improvements.
  • Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality without exception.
  • Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the supervisor that align with the job description.

Personal Specifications

  • Possess a Certificate in Business Management or a relevant business course.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Demonstrate organizational awareness and attention to detail.
  • Showcase strong interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing teamwork and reliability.
