Job Objective
We are in search of an HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in establishing a Performance-Driven and Values-Led organization. This involves aligning HR strategies with the company’s business objectives and collaborating with colleagues to introduce sustainable HR initiatives that enhance the organization’s overall capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the employee experience.
- Formulate and oversee HR policies and procedures across the entire organization.
- Implement activities for employer branding to attract potential candidates.
- Participate in and lead the hiring process, managing all HR-related tasks.
- Conduct effective and engaging onboarding procedures for new employees.
- Assume responsibility for executing the employee motivation system.
- Oversee the implementation of the employee performance system.
- Manage the training budget and facilitate employee learning and development activities.
- Develop an internally utilized HR system.
- Implement and analyze essential HR metrics to highlight successful practices and pinpoint areas for improvement, thereby ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
- Coordinate company events and training sessions, ensuring efficient communication with employees.
