Job Objective

We are in search of an HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in establishing a Performance-Driven and Values-Led organization. This involves aligning HR strategies with the company’s business objectives and collaborating with colleagues to introduce sustainable HR initiatives that enhance the organization’s overall capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of the employee experience.
  • Formulate and oversee HR policies and procedures across the entire organization.
  • Implement activities for employer branding to attract potential candidates.
  • Participate in and lead the hiring process, managing all HR-related tasks.
  • Conduct effective and engaging onboarding procedures for new employees.
  • Assume responsibility for executing the employee motivation system.
  • Oversee the implementation of the employee performance system.
  • Manage the training budget and facilitate employee learning and development activities.
  • Develop an internally utilized HR system.
  • Implement and analyze essential HR metrics to highlight successful practices and pinpoint areas for improvement, thereby ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
  • Coordinate company events and training sessions, ensuring efficient communication with employees.
