- Welcome visitors and determine their purpose to visit as well as notify appropriate team members/staff of their arrival/visitation.
- Operating the reception desk with a significant level of composure and professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries by appropriately routing them to the designated staff and clients.
- Provide accurate and prompt responses to general inquiries from visiting clients. Organize and date stamp incoming mail and courier deliveries.
- Coordinate courier services to ensure same-day deliveries and maintain a record of delivery notes.
