Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled training days and progress meetings.
• Mobilizing study participants as defined in the study.
• Consent study participants before data collection.
• Carry out data collection activities with target participants.
• Complete and submit all data collected within the agreed timelines.
• Compiling and submitting daily work progress reports to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensuring the safety of all assigned study tools and equipment.
• Work full-time on the project for the duration of the study.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in the field of education.
• Teacher professional experience (basic education and or teacher training).
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office and electronic data collection platforms.
• Experience conducting classroom observations or implementing literacy and numeracy programs will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
