We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects valued between KES 20M – 100M. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery within time, scope, and budget while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience managing mid- to large-scale construction projects.
- Strong financial, contract, and site management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
