  • Support budgeting processes, arrange logistics, and manage operational details to ensure uninterrupted project implementation
  • Contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection, analysis of findings, and documentation of results for internal and external reporting
  • Maintain accurate project files, manage photographic documentation, and organize activity records for organizational archives
  • Liaise with volunteers, partner schools, community leaders, and project beneficiaries to ensure coordinated delivery and community ownership

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Age between 18 and 30 years
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of six months with the organization
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Community Development, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Development Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks, manage project timelines, and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams
  • Proven capacity to engage constructively in community settings and operate across different cultural contexts
  • Willingness to travel to project sites, undertake field-based work, and interact directly with communities
