Reports to: Operations Manager
- As an Outbound Calling Representative, your mission will be to provide value to clients in a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to generate leads for different companies.
- A self-starter.
- Good energy and enthusiasm.
- Persistent and passionate.
- Fluent in English.
Key competencies/skills
- Sales experience desired.
- Customer service experience desired.
- Ability to work US EST shift hours (night shifts for local time).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma required.
- Relocate to Nyeri, Kenya.
- Able to start work as soon as possible.
- English plus other languages are highly desired.
- Familiarity with US marketing trends and business communication styles.
