Relationship Officer

  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and facilitate service delivery.
  • Maintain client records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Front Office Admin

  • Answer and manage customer telephone calls with courtesy and speed.
  • Respond to enquiries, address complaints, and provide suitable responses.
  • Communicate information about company products and services to callers.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call handling and service targets.

Team Product Lead – Check-Off Loans

  • Lead the design and delivery of check-off loan products aligned with market demand.
  • Shape product development with a focus on customer needs and feedback.
  • Understand payroll lending compliance rules and ensure products meet regulatory standards.
  • Apply financial knowledge and data analysis to inform product and commercial decisions.

Check-Off Team Leader

  • Manage and supervise a team of ten or more marketing and sales professionals.
  • Increase uptake and usage of check-off loan products across assigned segments.
  • Plan and execute field-based marketing campaigns and client engagement activities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and grow the active loan portfolio.
  • Convert prospective clients into active borrowers and retain existing customers.

General Requirements Across All Roles

  • Bachelor’s degree, BSc, HND, or diploma from an accredited institution (Accountant role requires Bachelor’s; other roles accept degree or diploma).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Kenya’s microfinance sector, logbook financing, asset finance, or check-off lending markets.
  • Familiarity with relevant financing regulations and compliance frameworks in Kenya.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales and marketing teams (for leadership roles).
  • Banking or financial services experience, particularly in customer-facing or finance functions.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and data management tools.
